SDI extension approved but no payment received - what to do?

Have you checked your claim status online? Sometimes there's info there that can help explain delays.

This happened to me last year. Turns out they needed additional medical info from my doctor. Might be worth checking if that's the holdup for you too.

The SDI system is so broken. We need to organize and demand better service. This is ridiculous!
