Missed SDI callback - How to update claim now?

Ugh, I've been there. The SDI system is such a pain to deal with. Have you tried calling them back? Sometimes if you call right when they open, you might get through.

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Hey OP, what kind of update do you need to make? Sometimes depending on the type of update, there might be a faster way to do it.

pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling one of the other language lines and then ask to be transfered to an english speaker. sometimes works for me 😉
