How to update EDD card info & other EDD issues - need advice!
Hey everyone, I need to update my card info for my EDD account. Anyone know how to do this? Also, I'm having some other issues with EDD but I'm not sure where to start. Any advice would be appreciated!

I found a way to solve EDD card update issues, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6mbx2ge-c0

Updating your card info should be pretty straightforward. Just log into your EDD account online and look for the payment or card settings. There should be an option to update your card details there. As for other issues, can you be more specific? EDD can be a real headache sometimes, but it helps to know exactly what you're dealing with.

•Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a try. As for the other issues, I'm not even sure where to begin. It's like everytime I try to contact them, I hit a wall. 😫

•Ugh, I feel ya. EDD is like a black hole sometimes. Have you tried calling their customer service line? It's a pain, but sometimes you gotta just keep trying.

•Yeah, I've tried calling but it's always busy or I get disconnected. It's so frustrating!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

•Wow, that sounds too good to be true. Does it really work? $20 seems steep but I guess it's worth it if you actually get through.

•Yeah, it really does work! I was skeptical at first too, but I was desperate. It saved me hours of frustration.

•I get the skepticism, but it's legit. They even have a money-back guarantee if you don't get through. It's been a game-changer for me.

Pro tip: if you're having trouble with EDD, try reaching out to your local assembly member's office. They often have dedicated staff to help with EDD issues and can sometimes get things moving faster.

OMG the EDD system is such a joke 🤡 I've been trying to get my issue resolved for MONTHS. Good luck, OP. You're gonna need it.

•Preach! 🙌 It's like they're purposely making it difficult. I swear, dealing with EDD is a full-time job in itself.

Here's a comprehensive guide to dealing with EDD issues: 1. Document everything: Keep a log of all your calls, emails, and interactions with EDD. 2. Use multiple contact methods: Try phone, email, and even snail mail. 3. Be persistent: Unfortunately, it often takes multiple attempts to get through. 4. Know your rights: Familiarize yourself with EDD policies and procedures. 5. Seek help: As mentioned, contact your local assembly member or consider using a service to get through on the phone. 6. Stay organized: Keep all your paperwork in order and easily accessible. 7. Be patient but firm: The process can be frustrating, but try to remain calm and assertive. Remember, you're not alone in this. Many of us have been in the same boat. Don't give up!
