EDD thinks I'm back at work, no payments since January. Help!

Have you checked your UI Online account? Sometimes there are messages or requests for additional info there that they don't send by mail.

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds ancient, but sometimes it works better than online submissions.

This happened to my cousin. Turns out there was a glitch in the system that marked a bunch of people as 'returned to work' by mistake. Keep pushing, they'll sort it out eventually!
