EDD: Approved for updated medical cert, but no continued claim form yet. Help?

Congrats on getting approved! 🎉 I went through something similar last month. It took about 10 business days for me to receive the continued certification form after approval. Have you tried calling them to check on the status?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what I've learned from dealing with this process multiple times: 1. Always keep copies of everything you send in. 2. Follow up by phone if you don't hear back within 2 weeks. 3. Be persistent but polite when calling. 4. If possible, use the online portal to submit documents - it's usually faster. 5. Keep a log of all your interactions (dates, names, what was discussed). have you checked your online account? sometimes they upload the forms there before sending them out in the mail

Just a heads up, I heard they're implementing a new system next month that's supposed to streamline the whole process. Might be worth waiting if you can.
