Question for the OP: Has your condition changed at all since the original claim? Sometimes even small changes can throw a wrench in the whole process.
guys. i know this sounds crazy. but has anyone tried faxing their documents instead of uploading them online? I did this out of desperation and it actually worked faster.
What year is it? 1995? 📠😂
Has anyone tried contacting their doctor's office to see if there's an issue with the medical certification? Sometimes that can hold things up.
I didn't even think of that! I'll give my OB's office a call tomorrow. Thanks!
Has anyone had any luck with the online portal? I've been trying to update my info there but keep getting error messages.

Hey OP, when you do get through, make sure to ask if theres any pending stuff on the account. Sometimes they dont tell u unless you ask specifically. Also, switching to checks might take a few weeks to process, so plan accordingly!

•Thanks for the heads up! I'll definitely ask about pending items. Any idea how long the switch to checks usually takes?

•In my experience, it took about 2-3 weeks. But I've heard it can vary. Def ask the rep for a timeframe when you call!
