Word of advice: document EVERYTHING. Every call, every email, every piece of mail. You never know when you might need to prove you've been trying to resolve the issue. It's saved my butt more than once!
hey op, how late was ur certification? if its only a day or two, u might be ok. they usually have some wiggle room
have u tried faxing? i know it sounds old school but sometimes it gets thru faster than mail
What year is it, 1995? 🤣 But for real, this actually works sometimes.
lol welcome to the wonderful world of EDD. where everything's made up and the timelines don't matter 🤡
Quick question - did your doctor use the correct form? There's a specific supplemental cert form they need to use. If they used the wrong one, that could explain the delay.
Not to be that guy, but have you tried turning it off and on again? 🤣 jk jk, but seriously, sometimes logging out and back into your account can refresh things. Worth a shot!

Anyone else feel like the whole system is designed to make us give up? 🤔 It's like they're hoping we'll just forget about our claims if they make it hard enough.

•Preach! 🙌 I've been saying this for years. It's all a game to them.

•Nah, I think it's just understaffed and underfunded. Still sucks tho

Hey OP, when exactly did your doctor upload the form? There might be a processing delay due to the recent system upgrade they did. I heard it's causing some backlog.

•It was about a week ago. I didn't know about the system upgrade - that could explain the delay. Thanks for the info!
