Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Thanks for asking! My payments have been stuck on pending for over a month now, and I can't figure out why. I've uploaded all the requested docs but nothing seems to change.
Oof, the dreaded pending purgatory. Been there, done that. Definitely push for that supervisor call, they're usually the only ones who can push payments through.

Just a heads up, there was a glitch in EDDs system back in February that affected a bunch of pregnancy claims. They said they fixed it, but clearly some ppl are still having issues. Might be worth mentioning when u finally get thru to someone.

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member? They sometimes have direct lines to EDD and can help push your claim through.
