Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your payment history online 2. Look for any notices or messages in your account 3. If nothing there, try calling first thing in the morning 4. If you can't get through, consider using a call-back service 5. As a last resort, you might need to visit an office in person Remember to document everything - dates you called, who you spoke to, etc. It might take some time, but don't give up! You're entitled to your full payment.

Quick question - did your doctor use the correct form? There's a specific supplemental cert form they need to use. If they used the wrong one, that could explain the delay.
