Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. The fact that we have to jump through so many hoops just to access our benefits is ridiculous. The system is broken and needs to be fixed ASAP. How many people are suffering because they can't get through? 😤
Preach! 🙌 It's a disgrace. We need to start putting pressure on our representatives to fix this mess.
Here's what I've learned after dealing with EDD for months: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your calls, who you spoke to, and what was said. 2. Be persistent. Sometimes you have to call multiple times a day for days on end. 3. Use the online portal as much as possible. Sometimes issues can be resolved there without calling. 4. If all else fails, contact your local representatives or file a formal complaint. 5. Join Facebook groups or forums dedicated to EDD issues. Sometimes you can find insider tips or get help from others who've been through the same thing. Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up!
