Write a formal letter requesting a detailed payment summary from 2020 to present 2. Include your full name, account number, and contact info 3. Specify that you need it for NHSC purposes 4. Send it via certified mail so you have proof they received it 5. Have you checked if your old FedLoan account is still accessible? Sometimes you can still log in and view old statements even after the transfer. Might be worth a shot!
