Where is the 'issues delaying payment' link on ESD website?

I've been stuck trying to figure out why my weekly payments stopped coming through, and someone told me there's supposed to be a link under 'issues delaying payment' where I can see what's going on with my claim. I've been all over the eServices dashboard but can't find this link anywhere! Am I looking in the wrong place? I need to figure out what's holding up my benefits since I'm going on week 3 with no payment and bills are piling up. Can anyone point me to where exactly this link is on the ESD website?

Log into your eServices account, then go to your claim summary page. Look for the 'Notices and Tasks' section on the right side of the dashboard. If there are issues with your claim, you should see alerts there with links to more information. Sometimes the exact wording isn't 'issues delaying payment' but rather 'alerts' or 'action needed' depending on what's going on with your claim.

Thanks! I checked that section but don't see anything there at all - it's completely empty. Does that mean there isn't actually an issue with my claim? But then why haven't I been paid for 3 weeks?

same thing happened 2 me last month... no alerts showing but no $$ coming in. turns out my identity verification had expired but the system never notified me! had to call ESD to find out

This is exactly why their system is so frustrating. The website often doesn't show the actual issues affecting your claim. In my experience, about 30% of claim problems don't actually appear in the alerts section where they're supposed to. The only way to find out what's really happening is to speak with an ESD agent directly.

Actually, what you're looking for might be in a different location. After you log in to eServices, click on the "UI Claim" tab, then look for "Claim Status" in the menu. If there are issues delaying your payment, they should be listed there under "Issues". If that section is empty but you're still not getting paid, then there's likely a technical issue or something happening behind the scenes that isn't showing up on your account.

I found the Claim Status section, but there's nothing listed under Issues there either. I've been filing my weekly claims on time and everything seems normal on my end. I'm really confused about what's happening.

If you've already checked both the Notices section and the Issues section under Claim Status, and nothing is showing up but you're still not getting paid, you definitely need to talk to someone at ESD. Unfortunately, getting through to them is nearly impossible these days. I tried calling for two weeks straight and could never get past the automated system.

You're right that this situation requires speaking directly with an ESD representative. When there are no visible issues but payments have stopped, it's often something that only shows up on their end of the system. It could be an identity verification issue, a quarterly review, or even just a system glitch.

did u try clicking on ur weekly benefit amount??? sometimes theres a hidden menu there

I didn't know about that! Just checked and clicked on the benefit amount but it just shows payment history, nothing about issues. Thanks for the suggestion though.

One other thing to check: look at your payment history section. If your recent weeks show a status of "pending" or "processing" instead of "paid," that might give you a clue. Sometimes there's a pending issue that doesn't trigger an alert. Also, make sure you've completed all work search requirements - ESD is being much stricter about the 3 job search activities per week in 2025.

My payment history shows the last three weeks as "pending" with no other explanation. And yes, I've definitely been doing my 3 job search activities each week and documenting them correctly. I think I'm going to have to find a way to speak with someone directly at ESD. Thanks everyone for your help!

" Pending status for three weeks without any alerts is almost always an adjudication issue that'hasn t been properly flagged in the system.'There s likely a question about your eligibility that an ESD adjudicator needs to review, but for some reason,'it s not showing up in your dashboard. This happens quite often with'ESD s system. Unfortunately, the only solution is speaking directly with an agent who can look at the notes on your claim that'aren t visible to you througheServices.

And good luck with that! I spent 4 hours on hold yesterday and never got through to anyone. ESD's phone system is a complete joke in 2025, even worse than it was during the pandemic.
