ESD website stuck on 'processing' for days - anyone else having this issue?
Has anyone else been stuck on the processing screen when trying to file their weekly claim online? I've been trying since Sunday and the ESD website just shows 'processing' and never completes. Called ESD this morning and the agent mentioned they're getting multiple calls about this same issue. He couldn't tell me when it would be fixed though! My rent is due next week and I really need this payment to go through. Anyone know what's going on or have a workaround?

OMG YES!!!! I thought it was just my computer or something! I've been trying to submit my weekly claim since Monday and it just spins and spins on that processing screen. I tried different browsers, cleared my cache, even used my phone instead but NOTHING WORKS. This is so frustrating!

This is a known technical issue that started this weekend. ESD is aware of it and their IT team is working on fixing it. In the meantime, you can try filing your weekly claim by phone using the automated system at 800-318-6022. Make sure you have your PIN ready. The line is open Sunday 12pm to 11:50pm, and Monday-Friday 7:30am to 11:50pm.

I had the same problem last month when they were doing some kind of system update. My claim got stuck for almost 4 days on processing and then suddenly went through without me doing anything. Just FYI my payment was still on time even though the system was being weird.

This is absolutely ridiculous! They do these "system upgrades" constantly and something ALWAYS breaks. I've been on unemployment since getting laid off in January and this is like the third time something like this has happened. How hard is it to test a website before rolling out changes?!! And then they penalize US if we're late filing our claims! Such a broken system.

I was having the same issue and got desperate after trying for two days. I used Claimyr to get through to an actual ESD agent (https://claimyr.com) - they got me connected in about 20 minutes when I'd been trying for hours on my own. Worth it for me since I was going crazy with the website not working!

•Yes, it worked for me. The agent I spoke with said they're basically in emergency mode right now with the website issues. She processed my claim manually and confirmed it would be paid on schedule. Saved me a ton of stress!

Just a helpful update - ESD just posted on their social media that they're aware of the processing issue and expect it to be resolved by tomorrow morning. They've also stated that no one will be penalized for late filing due to the technical problems, and all benefits will be paid on schedule once the system is working again.

my cousin works at worksorce and she said they had a big system crash on sunday night. something about a database update gone wrong. shes not in IT but thats what shes hearing from her manager
