Does unemployment reach out to employer - Washington ESD verification process?
I just filed my unemployment claim with Washington ESD last week and I'm wondering if they automatically contact my former employer? I left on good terms but I'm worried about them finding out I filed for UI benefits. Do employers get notified right away when someone files a claim against them? I've been searching online but can't find clear info about Washington ESD's process for employer verification.
