TWC rep was rude during separation verification call - will this affect my claim?

I wanna add somthing important - sometimes they act tough on purpose to see if ur story changes. my neighbor works for the workforce commission and says they do this as like a tactic. if ur telling the truth just stick to it and dont change ur story even if they sound like they dont believe you.
