If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

After trying for MONTHS to get my cross-program issue resolved through normal channels, I finally got it fixed by contacting my state senator (not representative). Their office has a dedicated staff person who deals with UC issues, and they have direct contacts with higher-level UC administrators. Within 3 weeks of involving them, my regular UC was processed and applied against the PUA overpayment. Might be worth trying if your state rep hasn't been helpful.

That's a great suggestion! I didn't even think about contacting my state senator instead of my representative. I'll definitely try this approach. Did you just call their office or was there a specific process you followed?

To clarify what might be happening: The system sometimes triggers these questions when there's a wage cross-match discrepancy. This could mean: 1. An employer reported wages for you in error 2. Someone with a similar name or SSN had wages reported 3. A previous employer submitted late wage information 4. There was a system glitch in the wage reporting database Your best course of action is to call PA UC directly to verify there's no open issue on your claim. Continue filing your biweekly claims as normal while you investigate.

this happnd to my cousin and it was becuz his old job reported he got a final paycheck after he was laid off but he already reported that final check properly. took 3 calls to fix it but money came eventually

I tried calling PA UC about 30 times with no luck before using Claimyr. Got connected to an agent in about 25 minutes. They checked my account and found it was because my previous employer reported a small amount of vacation payout that overlapped with my first claim week. The agent removed the flag right away and my payment processed the next day.

I just managed to get through to an agent! There was an employer wage report from my previous job that came in late - it was for my final check which I already reported. The agent cleared it up in a few minutes and said my payment should process normally. What a relief! Thanks everyone for the help and suggestions.

This might sound crazy, but check your phone's blocked numbers list. I once accidentally blocked the number that was sending me 2FA codes and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting them for weeks! 🤦‍♂️

Oh man, I never would have thought of that! I'll definitely check. Thanks for the tip!

Okay, so I've dealt with this exact issue before, and here's what I found out: 1. Email filters: Some email providers have aggressive filters that can automatically move or delete certain types of messages. Check your email settings and look for any rules that might be affecting these messages. 2. Server issues: Sometimes the problem is on their end. The 2FA system might be having temporary issues. 3. Browser extensions: If you're using any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, they might be interfering with the 2FA process. 4. Time sync: Make sure your device's time is correctly synced. 2FA codes are time-sensitive, and if your device's clock is off, it can cause issues. 5. Alternative 2FA methods: If they offer alternative 2FA methods (like an authenticator app), try switching to that instead of email or SMS. 6. Clear browser data: As someone else mentioned, clearing your cache and cookies can sometimes resolve weird login issues. 7. Try a different device: If possible, try logging in from a completely different device to see if the problem persists. If none of these work, you'll probably need to contact their support team. Good luck!
