I'm really confused about the whole process. I filed my claim three weeks ago and it's been sitting in adjudication ever since. My friend says there's specific people who review cases but I have no idea who actually makes the decision on whether I get approved or denied. Is it just one person looking at my case or is there like a committee? And do they specialize in certain types of claims? I'm worried because I quit my last job due to unsafe working conditions and I'm not sure if whoever is reviewing my case will understand the situation properly.
