New York Unemployment Website Not Working for Weekly Claims?
Anyone else having trouble with weekly claims? The website keeps giving me an error message when I try to certify. Been trying since Sunday morning and nothing works. Starting to get worried about missing my certification window.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone using claimyr.com - they dial and wait on hold, then connect you to an agent. Costs $20 but worked for me when the website was down. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

The system is always down on sundays cause everyone tries to certify at the same time. Try late night around 2am usually works then
