New York Unemployment Direct Deposit Error After ID.me Verification - Need Help!
Been having issues setting up direct deposit after completing my weekly certification. The system keeps giving me an error after I finished the ID.me verification process. Everything went fine with uploading my ID, doing the face scan, and putting in my social - but at the final page it just errors out. Tried multiple times but keep hitting the same wall. Anyone else deal with this and figure out how to fix it?

same thing happened to me last week! try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then use a different browser. that worked for me after like 5 tries 👍
