For the benefit rate calculation: They look at your highest paid quarter in your base period. Sometimes delays happen if you worked in multiple states or if your employer hasn't reported wages correctly. If it's been more than 3 weeks, something's probably stuck in the system. Keep pushing - the system is overwhelming but you'll get through it!

unpopular opinion but maybe try going to a career center? they sometimes can help w unemployment stuff
