NYDOL Direct Deposit Setup Issues - Bank Verified, NYDOL Problem?

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues setting up my direct deposit with NYDOL. I've already checked with my bank and everything is good on their end. Has anyone else run into problems with this? Any tips on how to get it sorted out?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone at NYDOL. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried updating your info on the NYDOL website? Sometimes there's a glitch where it doesn't save properly the first time. Also, make sure you're using a desktop computer, not your phone. The mobile site can be buggy af.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check all your personal info on the NYDOL site 2. Make sure your bank account is set up for ACH transfers 3. Call your bank and ask if they see any pending deposits or rejections from NYDOL 4.
