NY unemployment website showing 'service temporarily unavailable' error all day - anyone else?

Been trying to check my payment history since early this morning (around 6am) and keep getting this frustrating error message saying 'Service temporarily unavailable. Try again later.' It's now almost 8pm and still nothing has changed. I've tried clearing cache, using different browsers, even my phone - same error everywhere. I really need to confirm if my payment was processed for this week since my rent is due in 3 days and I'm seriously stressing. Anyone else having this problem with the NY unemployment website today? Is there any way to get this info by phone? I've tried calling but keep getting disconnected after waiting for ages.

This has been happening to me since yesterday afternoon! I've tried logging in like 20 different times and keep getting that exact same error message. So frustrating because I'm waiting on backpay and need to see if its been processed yet.

protip: screenshot the error message. if your payment is delayed and you end up with late fees anywhere, you'll want documentation that the system was down when you tried to check your payment status. learned this the hard way last year 💯

Try calling the automated phone system if you just need to check payment status! 1-888-581-5812 then press 2 for payment history. Sometimes works when the website is down.
