NY unemployment website keeps kicking me out when filing new claim - tried 3 times

The "session timeout" on their site is ridiculously short (like 15 minutes) so have everything ready to go before you start I also noticed that if you have any special characters in your name or address (apostrophes, hyphens, etc.) it can cause issues. Try entering everything without special punctuation if you keep hitting walls.
