Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Listen up, here's what you need to do: First, while waiting for the letter, start documenting EVERYTHING. Use their work search record form from the website. Include: - Job applications - Resume submissions - Career fair attendance (virtual counts) - Network contacts For your situation with the newborn, you might qualify for temporary medical exemption. Call them back (use claimyr.com to get through faster) and specifically ask about this. Keep copies of everything you submit. The birth certificate was good but they need ongoing proof of work search or valid exemption. Don't wait for the letter to start this process. Better to have too much documentation than not enough!
