Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

You can do this online or by phone every Sunday. If you need to speak with someone (which you probably do), use claimyr.com - seriously saved me hours of frustration. They call and wait on hold, then connect you when they get an agent. Lastly, check your spam folder daily and your mail. Sometimes they send important stuff that needs immediate response. Don't get discouraged - the system is slow but it works eventually!

Listen up because this is important. The NY unemployment system has been having these glitches lately. Here's what you need to do: 1. Keep filing your weekly claims as normal 2. Take screenshots of everything 3. Check your payment history daily 4. If nothing updates in 3 days, you NEED to contact them The fastest way to reach them is through claimyr.com - they'll get you through to an agent. Otherwise you might be calling for days. DON'T wait too long to resolve this. If theres an issue with your claim, better to fix it asap before it becomes a bigger headache.
