Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Listen up because this is important. The NY unemployment system has been having these glitches lately. Here's what you need to do: 1. Keep filing your weekly claims as normal 2. Take screenshots of everything 3. Check your payment history daily 4. If nothing updates in 3 days, you NEED to contact them The fastest way to reach them is through claimyr.com - they'll get you through to an agent. Otherwise you might be calling for days. DON'T wait too long to resolve this. If theres an issue with your claim, better to fix it asap before it becomes a bigger headache.

Here's a detailed guide for getting your 1099-G: 1. Create new ID.me account first 2. Once verified, log into NY unemployment portal 3. Click on 'My Documents' or 'Forms' 4.
