New York Unemployment website services down? Can't access job search or Coursera

Same here! Been trying since this morning to access the job search portal. Keeps giving me that stupid error message. Getting real tired of this broken website 🤮

Hey guys I found a way to actually get someone on the phone about this! Used this service called claimyr.com - they dial through the phone menu and wait on hold, then connect you when a real person picks up. Costs $20 but worth every penny to actually talk to someone. PROTIP: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Fixed it for me after trying 100 times lol

I work in IT and can confirm there's been maintenance going on with the site. Should be back up fully by end of week according to their Twitter
