Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Don't freak out too much. Even if you can't get your 1099-G in time for your tax appointment, you can still file without it by estimating the amount you received. Just make sure to file an amended return later when you get the actual form. Better than missing the deadline!

Hot tip: if the website isn't working right, try using it between 11pm-6am when less people are on. The translation features work better when the system isn't overloaded.

So I was about to throw my phone after 3 hours on hold when I remembered my cousin said he used something called Claimyr. I tried it the next day and got through in about an hour. It's kinda genius - they just automate the annoying part (waiting forever on hold) then connect you when a human picks up. Game changer for real.

I had an agent literally LAUGH at me when I told them I couldn't pay my rent because my benefits were delayed. The system is designed to make you give up. Don't. Document everything, be persistent, and use every avenue available. The claimyr.com service others mentioned helped me finally reach someone who fixed my issue.
That's horrible! I'm so sorry that happened to you. It's crazy how some of these people act.
so the nysdol actually has a formal complaint process, but of course they dont make it easy to find 🙄 you need to call the main number, ask for a supervisor immediately (don't explain to the first person or they'll give you runaround), then tell supervisor you want to file a formal complaint against an employee. they are required to take these complaints and have a process for investigating them. dont let them brush you off!
