Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. u know whats crazy? i was also getting $182 and then one day it just randomly jumped to $405 with no notification. check ur payment history every morning - sometimes they update it without telling u!

check ur payment history and see what it says for "type" on the last payment. if it says UI, then u used up regular benefits. If it says PEUC, then something else is wrong

lmao welcome to NY unemployment, where nothing makes sense and the rules are made up 🤡 But for real, you need to apply for PEUC extension. The system should have done this automatically but it's broken af. You gotta call and talk to someone.

This is sucha common issue with ny unemployment right now! I went through it last month. Your regular UI benefits expired (usually after 26 weeks), and you need to switch to the extension program. The $300 federal supplement continues until Sept 4, but only if youre getting some form of base unemployment.
