Called KeyBank and they gave me some automated message saying new cards can take up to 72 hours to activate in their system. Has anyone dealt with this before? My computer crashed last week and I've been trying to file my weekly claim using the phone system since Thursday. Every time I call I get the automated message saying their experiencing high call volume and then it hangs up on me! I've tried calling at 5am, midnight, 8pm but it's always the same message.
