Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Check if your local library or community center has public computers you can use. 3. Ask a friend or family member if you can borrow their device to file your claim. 4. Some unemployment offices have physical locations where you can file in person. Look up if there's one near you. 5. If all else fails, you might need to get your phone fixed or replaced ASAP. Some repair shops offer same-day service. Remember to explain your situation to the unemployment office. Have you tried contacting your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things through faster.
idk if this helps but i had issues verifying my identity online and ended up having to go to the unemployment office in person. it sucked waiting in line but at least i got it sorted
