For some reason I received a phone call from EDD in California and the representative of EDD in CA couldn't not give any information about my claim? I live in Northern Nevada?

I've had success calling right when they open at 8am. The lines get really busy after 9am, so I'd recommend calling as early as possible. Also, be prepared to wait on hold for a while even in the morning - sometimes it can take 30-45 minutes to get through to a representative. Good luck!
