Transcript Updated but WMR Still Shows One Bar - Normal?

Hey, I know this is super frustrating. I've helped lots of folks with transcript issues. If your transcript updated but WMR still shows one bar, that's actually pretty normal. WMR typically lags behind transcript updates by 24-72 hours. The transcript is the more accurate tool since it shows real-time updates directly from the IRS database. Tax pro here - This is totally normal. WMR and transcripts operate on different systems and don't always sync up. Transcripts are actually more accurate and update more frequently than WMR. If your transcript shows movement, that's what you should trust.

WMR is straight 🗑️ tbh. Mine still showed processing even after my refund hit my account lmaooo

Not to sound like a boomer but back in my day we didnt even have WMR, just had to wait for the check in the mail. atleast now we got transcripts to check 🤷‍♂️

Same thing happened to me last year! Don't worry, this is totally normal. The transcript system updates in real-time while WMR is basically running on dial-up internet 😂 I'd trust your transcript over WMR any day. If your transcript shows movement, you're good to go! WMR will eventually catch up, sometimes takes a few days to a week.
