No info showing on transcript - am I missing something or is there a code I'm not seeing?
I keep checking my transcript and nothing is showing up. I filed back in February and verified my identity in March. The Where's My Refund tool just shows received. Starting to get worried because I really need this money. Anyone else experiencing this or know what it means when transcript is blank?

Tax professional here - a blank transcript usually means one of two things: either your return hasn't been processed yet, or there might be an issue with your ID verification. Since you mentioned verifying in March, I'd recommend calling the IRS directly at 800-829-1040. Sometimes returns get stuck in verification limbo even after completing the steps.

•Early morning is best, like right when they open at 7am EST. Still expect 30-45 min wait tho 😩

Hey, have you tried using taxr.ai? It's this new tool that analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly what's going on - even if it looks blank to you, it might catch something. It costs $1 but totally worth it for peace of mind. https://taxr.ai

•100% legit! Used it last week and it spotted a verification issue I had no clue about. Saved me hours of trying to interpret codes

Try calling your local taxpayer advocate. They helped me when I was stuck in limbo for 6 months

The IRS is such a joke fr fr... They expect us to pay on time but take 10 years to send refunds 🤡

Have you tried checking your account transcript instead of just the return transcript? Sometimes the account transcript shows processing activity even when the return transcript is blank. Also, if you filed in February and verified ID in March, you're definitely within the timeframe where it could still be processing normally - the IRS is still working through returns from that period. Don't panic yet!
