Michigan Tax Refund Status Check Not Working - 'No Match Found' Error Despite Correct Info
Been trying to check my Michigan state tax refund status for days now. Triple checked all my info but keep getting 'no match found try again' message. Everything I'm entering matches my return exactly - refund amount, SSN, filing status. Starting to get worried something's wrong with my return.

Michigan's system is notorious for this. Try entering the exact amount shown on line 35 of your MI-1040. Make sure you're not including cents, just the whole dollar amount. Also, wait 14 business days after filing electronically or 6-8 weeks if you filed by paper before checking.

hey! instead of playing detective with the where's my refund tool, you should try taxr.ai - its only $1 and it analyzes your transcript to tell you exactly whats going on with your refund and when to expect it. saves so much headache! https://taxr.ai

•100% legit! used it myself last week and it told me exactly why my refund was delayed and when it would hit my account. was spot on!

Had the exact same issue last month! What finally worked for me was clearing my browser cache and cookies, then trying again with incognito/private browsing mode. Also double-check that you're using your AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) from line 11 of your MI-1040, not your total income. Michigan's system is super picky about which exact numbers you enter.
