IRS Transcript Access - Stuck in Login Loop, Need Help Getting Past Authentication Page
I've been trying to get my transcripts online but keep hitting a wall with the authentication process. Every time I try to log in, it just sends me back to the beginning. Getting really frustrated trying to check my refund status. Anyone know how to actually get through this?

To get your transcripts you need to first create an ID.me account. Go to IRS.gov, click on 'Get Transcript Online,' and follow the ID.me verification process. You'll need a photo ID, smartphone for face verification, and basic info like SSN and email. If you already have an ID.me account and still having issues, try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode.

try using microsoft edge browser. chrome kept giving me issues but edge worked first try idk why

Pro tip: if ur getting stuck, wait 24 hrs before trying again. They have some weird lockout thing that nobody talks about
