Correct info entered but still getting transcript error - anyone else?
I swear I'm putting in the right information but keep getting an error when trying to access my transcript. I triple checked my info - credit card statement amount is correct, phone number matches my records, everything is exactly right but it keeps saying error cannot verify identity. Anyone else dealing with this? I just wanna see where my refund is at but I'm stuck at square one.

Common issue lately. The IRS verification system is super finicky. Try using a credit card statement from exactly 2 months ago - not the current one. Also make sure you're using the phone number that was on your last tax return, not your current one if you changed it recently.

Have you tried accessing it during non-peak hours? Like early morning or late night? Sometimes the system works better then. Also clear your browser cache before trying.
