IRS Website Won't Let Me Access Tax Transcript - Worked Fine Last Year
Been trying to access my transcripts online for two days now. Every time I login it says 'unable to process request' after verification. Never had this problem before and I really need to check on my refund status. Anyone else dealing with this?

The IRS website has been having major technical issues lately due to high volume. Try accessing it early morning (before 8am EST) or late night after 11pm when traffic is lower. Also, clear your browser cache and cookies before attempting. If that doesn't work, you can request a transcript by mail using Form 4506-T.

Try using a different browser. Chrome works best for me, Firefox always gives me issues with the IRS site for some reason
