CONGRATS!!! š what was ur filing date?
The whole system is broken af. Why we gotta wait at all when they took our money instantly when we owed š¤®
preach š they quick to take but slow to give back
I work at a bank and here's the real deal: Banks get the ACH file from IRS several days before the official deposit date. Some banks hold it until the actual date, others release it early as a feature. But nobody can release it before they actually receive the ACH file from IRS. Its not guaranteed to be exactly 5 days - could be 2-4 days depending on when the file comes in and your banks processing schedule.
Protip: stop checking multiple times a day, it only updates once every 24hrs anyway. Save urself the stress

My transcripts took 9 days to update even with the early filing. Its all marketing nonsense tbh
