IRS Transcript Access Error - Can't View 2023 Tax Transcript Online
Every time I try to access my transcript online nothing comes up. Just a blank screen after I login. Been trying for 3 days straight now and getting really frustrated. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

There are a few common reasons this happens: 1) IRS website maintenance (usually happens late night/early morning) 2) Browser compatibility issues - try using Chrome or Edge 3) Clear your cache and cookies 4) Make sure you're fully verified through ID.me. If none of these work, you might need to request a transcript by mail using Form 4506-T.

try accessing it early morning around 6am EST. thats when i finally got mine to work

Same boat here. Called IRS and they said high traffic is causing issues. Keep trying different times of day

its def a browser issue. Firefox worked for me after chrome kept failing
