IRS Transcript Login Page Issues - Stuck in Verification Loop
I'm trying to get my tax transcripts online but I keep going in circles on the verification page. Anyone know how to actually get through? I've tried multiple browsers and clearing my cache but nothing works.

The IRS website can be tricky to navigate. First, make sure you're going through ID.me for verification - it's the only way now. You'll need to upload a photo ID and do a video selfie. If you're still having issues, you can request transcripts by mail using Form 4506-T or call the IRS transcript line at 800-908-9946.

Had the same issue last month! What finally worked for me was disabling all browser extensions (especially ad blockers) and using incognito/private browsing mode. Also make sure your ID.me account info matches EXACTLY what's on your tax return - even small differences in address formatting can cause the loop. If all else fails, you can also try the IRS2Go mobile app which sometimes works better than the website.
