FTB Notice After Call - Refund Status Confusion

Without seeing the actual notice its hard to say for sure. But typically, if a rep told you your refund was processed, that should be accurate. The notice might be an explanation of adjustments or just confirmation of processing. Did you save the notice or can you share what exactly it says?

i had the same thing happen last month lol. the notice was just confirming my refund amount, even tho it looked scary at first 😅

The FTB system is so broken rn, I swear they send out random notices just to confuse us 🤡

Call them back and ask for a supervisor. Sometimes the first rep gives wrong info tbh

waiting is the worst part fr. but if they said 4 weeks just mark your calendar and try not to stress too much
