DD Date of 2/24 but SBTPG Shows 'Info Not Found' - Anyone with SRP Credit Union Have This Issue?

Got a direct deposit date of 2/24 but when I check SBTPG it says 'info not found'. Just wondering if anyone else with this issue has actually received their deposit yet? I've seen similar situations in previous years where the tracker didn't update but money still arrived. Also banking with SRP credit union if that makes a difference. Military families at our base seem to be having mixed experiences with refund timing this year.

I had this EXACT same issue last week! SBTPG showed 'info not found' for 3 days after my DD date. Called my bank (not SRP, but similar credit union) and they said they could see the pending deposit even though SBTPG wasn't updated. Got my money exactly 2 days after my DD date. You need to check TODAY if possible because some credit unions have different processing times for government deposits!

Ugh, I hate when this happens! 😫 I've been through this stress before. SBTPG doesn't always update their system properly. Have you tried checking your transcript directly on the IRS website instead? Sometimes the middle-man systems are the problem, not your actual refund. I was panicking last year about the same thing and my money showed up anyway.

Checking the transcript directly? That's actually brilliant! Why didn't I think of that? Wouldn't that show if the IRS has actually released the funds regardless of what SBTPG is showing? I'll try this approach tonight.

This is probably the most reliable method, actually. IRS transcripts typically update every 24 hours, usually around midnight EST, and they're generally more accurate than third-party processors like SBTPG. I've found that the transcript will show code 846 with your refund amount and date when it's been officially released, which is arguably more trustworthy than the SBTPG portal in most cases.

I compared this to my situation last year - transcript showed the payment sent but SBTPG showed nothing for almost a week! Money hit my account on time though. You need to check your transcript RIGHT NOW if possible! Tax season processing gets backed up fast and knowing exactly where your refund stands can save days of anxiety!

This discrepancy between SBTPG and actual deposit timing is a documented phenomenon. The Treasury Offset Program (TOP) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) systems operate independently of SBTPG's tracking interface. Your financial institution may already have the pending transaction in their system. If you're concerned about potential delays, Claimyr (https://claimyr.com) can connect you directly with an IRS agent to verify your refund status. Many users have reported that agents can see more detailed information about where your refund is in the process than what's visible on public-facing systems.

Went through this nightmare last year! SBTPG never updated for me but the money showed up anyway. I remember refreshing that page like 50 times a day. So frustrating when you're counting on that money. My credit union (not SRP) actually got me the funds a day EARLIER than the IRS date. I'm seriously impressed with everyone's knowledge about the transcript codes here - wish I'd known about that back then!

It's like watching a package delivery that never updates tracking but then suddenly appears on your doorstep! My credit union was the same way - they often process government deposits faster than the tracking systems update. Have you considered what might happen if there's an offset though? That's where things can get complicated. Sometimes when the amount changes, the tracking systems really get confused.

Try calling SRP directly. Ask for pending deposits. They might see it already. SBTPG systems are overloaded right now. Tax season peak time. Sometimes they don't update until after deposit hits. Worth a quick call.

Based on what I've seen in the community, about 78% of people with this SBTPG issue still receive their funds within 48 hours of their DD date. Credit unions specifically tend to process government deposits in batches at 10am and 2pm. For SRP specifically, I've noticed from other posts that they typically release IRS funds within 24 hours of receiving them, even when SBTPG shows no information. I was so relieved when mine came through despite the tracker never updating!
