Anyone with 2/19 DDD showing up as funded on Santa Barbara TPG yet?

FYI - I called SBTPG about this exact issue last week. They said they've been completely overwhelmed with early filers this year and their system updates are running 2-3 days behind actual processing. The rep said not to worry if the status isn't updating, and that many refunds are being processed and sent to banks even while the website still shows "awaiting."

I've had it with SBTPG! Every year it's the same story - delays, website not updating, customer service that can't tell you anything helpful. Next year I'm using a different tax service and paying upfront. Not worth the stress.

This is why I always use the "pay now" option instead of having fees taken from my refund. Yeah it sucks paying upfront but you get your refund directly from IRS without SBTPG holding it hostage for days.

Here's a trick I discovered - if you look at your tax return PDF, there should be a 9-digit routing number and account number listed for your refund. If it starts with '90', that's a temporary SBTPG account they created just for your refund. You can call your bank directly and ask if they have any pending deposits coming from that account number. Sometimes banks can see pending transfers 1-2 days before they post!
