SBTPG not showing DD status despite IRS giving date for Wednesday - anyone else?
Finally got a direct deposit date for Wednesday but when I try to check SBTPG its not showing anything. I had my fees taken out of the refund and now im worried something's wrong since I cant see the status on their site. Anyone else having this issue?

Tax pro here - this is actually pretty normal. SBTPG often lags behind the IRS systems by 24-48 hours. If WMR shows a DD date, you're good to go. They'll process it when they receive it from the IRS.

This happened to me last year too! SBTPG's system is always slow to update compared to the IRS. If WMR shows your DD date for Wednesday, you should be good. The money usually hits your account on the date the IRS says, even if SBTPG doesn't show it yet. Just keep an eye on your bank account Wednesday morning!
