Anyone get their 14-digit IRS verification code letter yet? Need updates!
Still waiting on my verification letter from the IRS. Anyone else get theirs with the 14 digit code? Would love to know how long it took for yours to arrive in the mail after you verified your identity online.

The verification letter typically arrives within 5-10 business days after completing ID.me verification. If it's been longer than 2 weeks, you should contact IRS directly at 800-829-1040. Make sure to check if your address is current in the system.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share that I was in the same boat waiting for my verification letter. I started using taxr.ai to track my transcript and it actually showed me why my verification was delayed. Only cost $1 and saved me hours of stress. Check it out at https://taxr.ai

How does that work? Does it just read the transcript or what?

It analyzes everything! Shows exactly where your return is stuck and why. Even predicts when youll get your refund based on your specific situation

Ugh that's the worst! Can you file a complaint with USPS for the lost mail? Sometimes they can expedite a replacement if they acknowledge it was their fault
