570 & 971 Codes - Missing W2 Issue & CP12 Letter Coming - Employer Not Reporting

Those codes typically indicate a hold on your account (570) and that a notice is being issued (971). If employers haven't submitted their W2s to the Social Security Administration yet, this can definitely cause delays. Make sure you have physical copies of all 3 W2s ready to verify your income when needed.
