570/971 codes on transcript but Wage/Income shows blank - anyone else?
Processing my return but wage and income transcripts are completely blank on my account which is weird. Got both 570 and 971 codes showing up. Starting to worry. Anyone else dealing with this? What happened with yours?

Tax specialist here - this is actually pretty common right now. The 570 is a hold on your account and 971 indicates a notice being sent. Your wage transcripts being blank doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue - they often don't populate until later in the year. The important thing is that your employer submitted your W2s correctly.

Usually 2-8 weeks, but every case is different. Keep an eye on your mail for that 971 notice - it'll explain exactly what's going on.
