I know this isn't what you asked, but are you sure you should be filing for unemployment and getting marketplace subsidies at the same time? I think unemployment income counts toward your total income for subsidy calculations. That might be why you're having issues with your tax return. When I was on unemployment last year, I had to report my benefits as income to the marketplace and my subsidy amount changed.
