Has anyone else noticed that DEO seems to put EVERYONE through adjudication these days? It's like they automatically flag every new claim just to delay paying benefits. While it does seem that way sometimes, I think it's more about their outdated systems and understaffing than a deliberate attempt to deny benefits. The CONNECT system has been problematic since it launched.
