Tips for getting my refund faster? Stuck in limbo and need advice

Ugh, refunds are such a pain rn. I've been waiting for mine for like 2 months 🙄 When you talk to them, def ask for a specific timeframe. Don't let them give you some vague answer!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/XbqD8mexcoQ

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call first thing in the morning, like right when they open 2. Have all your info ready - account numbers, dates, etc. 3. Be super nice to the rep, even if you're frustrated 4. Ask for a specific timeframe and get it in writing if possible 5. If they can't help, politely ask to speak to a supervisor Hope this helps!
