UI Portal Issues: Need Help Reconnecting Call After Refund Attempt

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with the UI portal. I tried to get a refund but now I need to reconnect my call. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to get through to someone?

I found a way to solve UI portal refund connection issues, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BEAYxklLxI

Same boat here. It's like they don't want us to actually get help. 🙄

Have you tried calling early in the morning? I heard that's the best time to get through.

I've tried that but no luck. It's always busy no matter what time I call.

Early morning used to work for me, but now it seems like everyone knows about it. 😅

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

$20? That's kinda steep just to talk to someone...

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

Is this even legal? Seems like there should be a free way to get help.

It's totally legal. They're just automating the hold process. You still talk to a real UI agent.

Here's what I've learned about dealing with UI portal issues: • Always document everything. Take screenshots, write down call times, and get agent names if possible. • Use multiple contact methods. Try the portal, phone, and even snail mail if necessary. • Be persistent but polite. The agents are often overwhelmed too. • Check for any system maintenance schedules. Sometimes issues are due to updates. • Join UI-focused Facebook groups or subreddits. Other users often share helpful tips. • Consider reaching out to your local representative. They sometimes can escalate issues. Hope this helps! Hang in there, OP.

I'm in the same situation. It's so frustrating when you need help and can't get through. The system is broken.

Preach! 🙌 It's like they're playing games with our livelihoods.

Anyone else notice the portal seems to crash more often during peak hours? Maybe try late at night?

Good point. I've had better luck around 11pm or so.

Pro tip: if you get through to someone, ask for there direct extension. It's saved me so much time.

OMG this is genius! Why didn't I think of that? 🤯

I tried this once and the agent refused to give it to me. YMMV I guess.

Unpopular opinion: maybe if we all stopped calling for every little thing, it would be easier to get through for real issues...

Bruh, who are you to decide what's a 'real' issue? 🙄
