EDD Phone Nightmare: Can't Connect, UI Portal Issues - Help!

Anyone else having trouble connecting with EDD on the phone? I've been trying to get through for days now. The UI portal isn't helping either. It's so frustrating! Any tips on how to actually talk to a real person?

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what I've learned after weeks of trying: 1. Call right at 8:00 AM when they open. 2. If you get the "too many callers" message, hang up and immediately redial. 3. Keep doing this for about 30 minutes. 4. If you get put on hold, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long it takes. 5. Be prepared with all your info ready when you finally get through. 6. Be polite to the rep - they're dealing with angry people all day. 7. If all else fails, try the claimyr.com thing someone mentioned earlier. Hope this helps someone!
